I was a bit disappointed when some teacher trainees at school taught my kids with no media or worksheet. How could they do that, while I who have been teaching for eight years always prepare the media and worksheets. It's not about their confident in teaching children, but they have to deliver the teaching in an understandable way.
Then, it comes from my intention to download English worksheets as many as possible. I cannot teach children without any preparation. Unlike senior teachers, I never sleep early since I have to plan what I am going to teach, including printing and copying the worksheets. The worksheets are good, but some words are away too difficult for my students. Therefore, I adjust them and collect them into different folders. Whenever I need, I can open the file and simply print it. I believe it helps me from wasting the time. For the information, I like arranging the folders into good order so that I can find the material I need easily and efficiently.
I guess it is the right place for me to post the media or worksheets I have been written or created. I adopt mine from many sources such as http://busyteacher.org, http://www.mes-english.com, http://e-classroom.co.za and many more. Hey, it's free to download them
